What is a transfer?
Transfer is a taxi car ride from point A to point B.
Will there be other passengers in the taxi car?
No. The car will be all yours and the driver will focus on your request only.
Can I change the destination during the transfer?
It is possible. However, please note this might cause an additional fee.
Will the driver take me directly at the door of my destination address?
Yes, you will be driven to your destination address unless it is not possible to park there. In such case the driver will park as near as possible and walk you to your destination.
Can I change the date of my transfer or trip?
It might be possible. Please contact us via email to confirm if the change can be made.
I booked a transfer from a place where you cannot drive a car to. How will I find my driver or the car?
The driver will park the car as near as possible and will meet you at the address you provided.
I booked a transfer from the airport. How can I find the driver or the car?
The driver will be awaitng you at the airport in the Arrivals, holding a sign with your name or your company name.
What should I do if I cannot find the driver at the airport?
Please look around in the arrivals area. The driver should be there holding a sign with your name or the company name. If you still cannot see them, please send us a message via contact form.
What to do if my flight was cancelled?
In such case please send us a message us via contact form. We will offer you either rescheduling the transfer or refund. You decide.
What to do if my flight is delayed?
You do not need to worry about it. The driver will be checking the landing time and will be awaiting you at the airport when you arrive. There are no waiting fees in such case.
Can I have an invoice?
Of course. We can either send it to you via email or give you a hard copy once the transfer is completed.
Can I pay with cash? If so, what currencies do you accept?
Yes, we take cash and we accept PLN, USD and Euro.
Can I pay with a credit or debit card?
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
I travel with a child. Can you provide a car seat for them?
Yes, we can. Please request it when booking the transfer.
Does the driver speak English?
Yes.
Can I charge my phone in the car?
Yes.
Does the car have A/C?
Yes.
Can I use a Wi-Fi in the car?
Yes.
I left something in the car. How can I get it back?
Please send us a message via contact form and let us know what was left in the car. As soon as we find it we will arrange sending it back to you. Please note that in some cases we might charge you a fee for sending your item(s) back.
How can I contact you in case of a serious urgency?
